"Keeps crushing! I only used the app a few times in the week trial period, it took a while to get the navigation started, but once it did, I was happy to ride on London routes I had not used before. Since paying for the subscription, I've not been able to use the app again as it just keeps crushing. I tried reinstalling it, to no avail. Can you help? I'm happy to stay subscribed, but only if the app works."
